Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation by the Customer

• Time Limit: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement without incurring any charges.

• After 24 Hours: Orders cannot be canceled if they are already in the processing or shipping stage.

2. Cancellation by Eptrends

• Eptrends reserves the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:

  • The product is unavailable due to unforeseen stock issues.

  • Payment issues arise, such as incomplete or failed transactions.

  • Incomplete or incorrect shipping details are provided by the customer.

  • If the order is flagged as potentially fraudulent.

• In such cases, customers will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

3. Refund Process for Canceled Orders

• Refunds for canceled orders will be initiated after confirming the cancellation.

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days

4. Non-Cancellable Items

• Custom or personalized products are non-cancellable once the production process has started.

5. Changes to the Policy

• Eptrends reserves the right to modify the cancellation policy at any time. Updates will be reflected on the website.
